ONE MORE ON HAWAIIAN INDEPENDENCE

Just wanted to post a really good link for anyone interested in what's driving the so-called "Hawaiian Independence" movement and the "Kaka", errr, "Akaka Bill". This article is by Kenneth R. Conklin, PhD. Dr. Conklin has been involved in exposing the real reasons behind the Hawaiian Independence movement for many years. I've read this article of his and, based on the nearly ten years that I myself lived in Hawaii - I can vouch that his observations are spot on.

Here's his article...

The "Akaka Bill" vote next month is a big vote - not only for Hawaii - but for the NATION. If we don't tell these racists who are supporting Akaka "NO!" - then expect even more racially divisive challenges to rise up in other geographic areas of the country. We're at war with terror to preserve this nation right now - we don't need to be carving it.

DO NOT LET THE MISGUIDED HAWAIIAN INDEPENDENCE MOVEMENT SET THE TONE AND PRECIDENT FOR FURTHER "SEPARATIST" AND RACIALLY DIVISIVE MOVEMENTS IN THIS COUNTRY!

Unfortunately, when the Senate passed the "apology" motion for aboriginal Hawaiians under Bill Clinton back in 1993 - the apology wasn't apparently "accepted" by the aboriginal Hawaiians. Instead, they used this gesture to justify more litigation against the U.S. Government and to fuel their independence movement. The Akaka Bill will "supercharge" their independence even more. Don't let it pass!

GO TO THE WEBSITES OF BOTH OF YOUR STATE SENATORS NOW - NO MATTER WHAT STATE YOU RESIDE IN - TO TELL THEM TO VOTE NO! ON THE AKAKA HAWAIIAN APARTEID BILL!
