I think what Dennis Prager is trying to say is basically that the Palestinians have promoted for years the notion AND PRACTICE that the slaughter of innocents in the name of nationalism or religion is acceptable.
He's also saying that the LEFT has done little to dissuade this notion. You can look at the British MP George Galloway who blames the 7-7 attacks on Britain's support for the Iraq war. The mayor of London made similar comments. So in essence, what Prager is saying is true - the left LEGITIMIZES terrorism.
Don't expect the terrorists to give up terrorism if folks on the LEFT over here are telling them that "It's okay - we really know that it's OUR fault".
Prager is not making a case to get rid of the Palestinians or the liberal left. He doesn't want to do that - he just wants both groups to realize there is NO excuse for deliberate, unapologetic attacks on innocent people. This is the bread and butter of terrorism - attacks on the innocent. And there is no excuse for it - no justification that can be made excusing it.
